Agent Bio: Yates Nobles
Professional Real Estate Consultant
Yates is a native Virginian with a multi-cultural appreciation who has loved Charlottesville area as home since 1974.  Yates' philosophy is to bring integrity, caring and personal attention to her clients, as opposed to taking on too many clients at once which would deprive her clients of the care they deserve.   She has lived in France (Paris), NYC, Colorado and on the Navajo reservation, and has traveled extensively abroad.  Her father was a builder so from childhood she traipsed through home construction projects. A natural problem solver and trained negotiator, Yates enjoys helping others piece together their wants and needs  to sell their home and  find the home that feels right at an affordable price.  No wonder she finds delight in helping clients through transitions, whether purchasing that first home, up-sizing or downsizing, or relocating to her beloved Charlottesville, where she has lived since 1974.     Yates will bring you the background and experience that counts in a real estate transaction.
