Anyone interested in understanding the property values in the Rugby Rd area near UVA now has a resource!  I have just completed the comparative market analysis of properties now for sale and those that have sold in the past six months (since 8/24/2010) and posted it on this website.

Please check out my new webpage.  I hope it will be useful.  I plan to update this analysis from time to time.  The tax assessments used are from 2011 in the interest of presenting value in relation to current assessments.
